Facebook is now going to permanently discontinue the feature that allows you to share your Facebook story in a group.

This feature on Facebook will be deleted at 9 am on the 26th , after which this option will not be visible to anyone.
A Facebook official said, " We are closing Group Stories because we want to make sure that all the features are a fun way to connect with people in the group and be able to connect people." So we are constantly trying to make all groups on Facebook fun. "
